How fast can you get here?
Same day service is available across the GTA, and we are open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. In a Toronto cold snap, call early, because that is when the day fills.
The common causes are a thermostat set to the wrong mode, a dirty filter choking airflow, a failed igniter or flame sensor, or a tripped safety limit from overheating. Some of these you can check yourself, but anything past the filter needs a technician. Furnace repair is our busiest service.

Yes. Cold climate heat pumps are rated to keep producing heat well below freezing, and many GTA homes run a hybrid setup where the heat pump handles most of the season and the gas furnace covers the coldest days. Which one is cheaper to run at any moment depends on gas and electricity prices.

Once a year each, ideally the furnace in early fall and the air conditioner in spring, before the season loads it.
