there is a reason they have 55 5 star reviews and there is a reason why I am taking the time to give them a 5 star review.

After calling 4 other companies, I immediately knew from the moment I called them, that these guys were different. way more professional, much better customer service on the phone and most importantly, the best on site customer service.

I needed an AC maintenance service and came across Northfield Mechanical so I reached out and was able to get a technician to my home very quickly. He preformed routine maintenance on the unit to assure everything was working properly and he answered all of my questions regarding the unit as well. Overall I was very impressed with how smoothly everything ran - from getting a quick response, getting a very good technician and how the final maintenance turned out to be. I had my AC repaired by a technician from Northfield here in Aurora, and overall it was a solid experience. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly found the issue and explained it in a way that was easy to understand, without trying to upsell unnecessary services. I contacted Northfield to remove my old furnace and install my new furnace and AC as well. I was met with the most professional technicians and they were able to answer each of my questions with the most amount of details. Our furnace died early on a Saturday morning.  I called Northfield Mechanical and they were at my house in 1 hour.  They quickly figured out the issue and located the needed part which was available Monday morning.  On Monday morning they picked up the part and had our furnace workig within an hour.   They also checked my Humidifier and noticed that the filter was old and dirty and replaced it at no charge.
