Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. there is a reason they have 55 5 star reviews and there is a reason why I am taking the time to give them a 5 star review.

After calling 4 other companies, I immediately knew from the moment I called them, that these guys were different. way more professional, much better customer service on the phone and most importantly, the best on site customer service.

I cannot express how great these guys are and very much urge you to reach out and use them if you have any needs. they are worth it.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed an AC maintenance service and came across Northfield Mechanical so I reached out and was able to get a technician to my home very quickly. He preformed routine maintenance on the unit to assure everything was working properly and he answered all of my questions regarding the unit as well. Overall I was very impressed with how smoothly everything ran - from getting a quick response, getting a very good technician and how the final maintenance turned out to be. Will definitely be recommending them to my peers.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had my AC repaired by a technician from Northfield here in Aurora, and overall it was a solid experience. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly found the issue and explained it in a way that was easy to understand, without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The repair itself was done efficiently, and my AC has been running smoothly since.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our furnace died early on a Saturday morning. I called Northfield Mechanical and they were at my house in 1 hour. They quickly figured out the issue and located the needed part which was available Monday morning. On Monday morning they picked up the part and had our furnace workig within an hour. They also checked my Humidifier and noticed that the filter was old and dirty and replaced it at no charge.
I would strongly recommend Northfield Mechanical.
